清酒
SAKE
日本酒を燗・冷や（常温）、冷酒でご提供させていただきます。
中でも、山陰地方や日本全国各地の燗酒24種をおすすめしています。
冷酒も数種常備しています。
在庫がなくなれば新しく入荷いたします。
We serve sake at room temperature, chilled, or warmed.
Our recommendation are 24 kinds of warmed sake from the San'in region(Shimane, Tottori) and all over Japan. We also always have several kinds of chilled sake.
焼酎
SHOCHU
鹿児島の芋焼酎を約100種ほど幅広く取り揃え、おすすめしています。
麦焼酎も数種常備しています。
ストレート、ロック、水割り、ソーダ割り、お湯割り
焼酎それぞれの特徴を活かした飲み方で
ご提供させていただきます。
時期により果実と焼酎で漬けこんだ果実酒もご用意しています。
We have about 100 kinds of Kagoshima sweet potato shochu(Japanese distilled spirit) and recommend them.
We also always have several kinds of barley shochu and fruit liquor(ex. Plum and Shochu) that change with the seasons.

泡盛
AWAMORI
沖縄の琉球泡盛を約30種ほど離島の希少なものや古酒なども幅広く取り揃え、おすすめしています。
ストレート、ロック、水割り、ソーダ割り、お湯割り
泡盛それぞれの特徴を活かした飲み方で
ご提供させていただきます。
We have about 30 kinds of Okinawa awamori(Japanese distilled spirit) and recommend them.
